Hard to believe that it's been almost a year since my last blog.

It's been an interesting year to say the least.

The world as we knew it has changed and I must say that all those events took their tolls on me.

I did not feel that I had anything to share, at least not in a blog format.

I kept creating new mini collections, that for some reason did not sell which brought me to a place of wanting to just stop.

What's the point in creating and making new fashions, if the only response is that it looks great. The best compliment for an artist is if their work is selling.

Plus, it pays the bills.

Now for the new collection.

I used the windows copilot to design a group of gold evening dresses inspired by

Schiaparelli. The results are amazing.

It gives me great ideas for developing into outfits.

This is the first time that I use AI for designing anything. I usually research the web for fashion shows and take notes and save images from which I develop my designs.

I find the AI designs interesting and inspiring.

It definitely saves time and gives me the freedom the take elements that I like and combine to create my own original designs. Nothing is created in a vacuum; everything is inspired by something that preceded it.
